very smooth and good fragrance also doesn’t produce foaming since it doesnt have sulphate which is the best point i like about it. it really had a mice effect on my hair my hairfall reduces and also it made my hair more softer . i have been using this product for a year now

The fragrance of this shampoo was soo amazing. I love this product. It is sooo gentle don't need to use a conditioner.

This new product is not as good as the initial one , which shown in display picture. the last time i purchased , it stated this is new packaging , so i did not raise a issue. but it was not as good as the old version. so i stopped puchasing. now when i explored amazon , the old pic was in display and so i ordered 2 after checking multiple times. but now i have received 2 new bottles , non returnable, not useful . wrong marketing showing something & sending something different stating they are same. stop showing old shampoo bottles if you have to send new . i am regular customer of pilgrims but this is breaking my trust in pilgrims.
