Can you put these on a stock radio

These can be added to a stock radio, however if said stock radio is in a higher end luxury car, they may have a different ohm rating as these 4-ohm speakers. That said, in all probability you'll be fine with these. It won't be louder as volume is dependent on the amplifier, but it'll certainly be much cleaner. I've installed these in my son's Nissan 300ZX on a skar 5 channel amp and they sound fantastic! In short, 99 times out of 100, you'll be just fine installing them on a stock radio. Good luck!

2 ohms I got 500 watts pushing 4 of them. No distortion or popping.

what is the difference between the 2 way and 3 way speakers?

The 3-way provides a fuller sound. The 2-way has good bass response and loud highs but is missing some mid range sounds. These require at least 50 watts per channel to play at full potential. A factory radio will not suffice.
