I generally don't waste my time writing product reviews.. but for once I thought this product deserves one. I have used the blueberry one and i must tell you i loved the taste. It contains sucralose.. i know,, but you need it to transport the arginine to your blood stream fast.. On day two i started seeing the muscle pump actually visibly. TBH I m an intermediate fitness enthusiast and i work out atleast 5daw. But this product has given me an additional confidence when i felt my body has got saturated to the workouts i do. So my honest opinion is that you should start taking it not when you start your fitness journey but when your performance/ change in body plateaus. And if you are already taking arginine, then pls try this one. *Never exceed 6 gms in a 24 hour cycle*

Feedback- product was not dry like powder it had lumps and does not desolve easily and leave small chunks. So company should take note Otherwise product is effective as a pre workout and feel the difference with and without consumption

As a customer like many I have also ordered to check that does it works what it says. I received the product before the delivery date and I have also verified it which was a geniune product. The product tastes very good and its worthy, I must say that people might received damanged product or some issue but what I received was an amazing and genuine product I got to know because I am in the fitness field from past many years there I can realise what works well ( We need to understand our body then we can realise which works) and their I must say it works very well, should be used an hour before exercise on empty stomach and next time am gonna order citrulline for better progress than L arginine. Note:- donot use it with black coffee if you want a freaking workout where blood flows in ur veins and gives you nasty pump.
