Mine originally did not come with a seat but I texted the company and they sent the seat within a week good to see honest companies the scooter does indeed go the advertised speed maybe a little more like right around 35 mph it’s not as quick as getting there as my Ume stand up scooter but it’s just as fast

This scooter won’t charge and I keep trying to communicate with the seller and all I’m getting is the run around. I financed the scooter through affirm. The motor is bad and needs to be replaced. I haven’t even had a chance to ride the thing but to the mailbox and back home which is nothing. I should not have to pull any maintenance on the scooter at all. It cost me over $1600 and I am financing it. if I were you I would not buy this scooter. The information provided is in Asian writing for the wiring diagram. I don’t know about you but I don’t have $1600 lying around. Do not buy this product. The seat is absolutely horrible as well. The worst thing I’ve ever bought on Amazon, and I use Amazon a lot. 👎🏾

I would like to give it 5 stars. I've ridden and owned motorcycles, however the one thing that is not right is how sensitive the throttle is. From NO-to-GO takes just a fraction of a turn on the throttle as the scooter lurches forward. I was hoping my kids would be able to ride it, but as it is it's way too dangerous. I wrote to the company and then did respond quickly, but alas it was a canned response about choosing Gear 1 or Gear 2. Anyway, at this point I'm disappointed and could not in good conscious recommend this scooter. It's probably a moot point as they are currently not available anyway.

I needed a off road scooter to ride through trails around my neighborhood. This fit my needs well. It goes everywhere and can climb every incline I've toss at it so far. I had a problem with the connector under the seat, but the shipper quickly sent me a replacement which worked perfectly. I've added a electric horn, stem bag, grip tape and mirrors to it. My only complaint is the spring rate on the shocks. They must be made for riders that are 300+ pounds. I couldn't find new forks for the front but the rears were easy enough to find. After replacing the rears with much lower spring rate the scooter is so much better through bumpy roads now. I subtract 1 star for the suspension but depending on your weight that might not be an issue.

I facilitated the purchase of this scooter for my disabled friend/neighbor. The box was torn open when it got here, luckily I was able to track down all the parts. I even found the pcs that fell in my driveway. The directions seem to have been translated by an AI bot that was just starting to learn English. I’ve spent too much of my free time trying to keep this junk on the road. But, it’s the scooter Davie had to have. Unless you are a glutton for punishment, like me obviously, I wouldn’t pay $1,600 for this headache.

The media could not be loaded. Unfortunately this item arrived die in the water. I put it together, connect it everything the way it supposed to and it wouldn't turn on. And this is not my first time working on a electric things. I have 2 high speed moped style ebikes that I put together so I know what im doing. Took a closer look at the meter that's on top of the stem and handlebars took it apart and guess what. One of the wires that goes to the meter wasn't even soldered and on top of that the plug was disconnected. Customers don't buy a product to start soldering to get this thing working. That tell me that they don't even make sure before shipping if this thing works. So I get it to turn on and now it's not reading the speed I'm like this just can't be happening. So I go to the controller and long behold one wire from the meter harness is not push in all the way unbelievable. And the seller was just giving me the run around. You can definitely get something better for this kind of money or maybe a little more but you will get something that is not that noisy and has better quality control. That's my opinion! Ps. No returns acceptable no matter what period!!! If it comes quality control issues you are on your own. So I caution buyer do your do diligence.

Purchased thru Wal-Mart because it was 50 dollars cheaper. Unpackaged unit and rear tire was flat. Removed chain guard and filled tire with air. Also re-adjusted chain because it was fiddle string tight. Lifted floor of scooter and installed fuse. Then installed seat post. Installed fork. Checked every bolt on scooter for tightness. Charged battery until full. The display is in color. This scooter amazed me with its power. The torque is unimaginable. It would climb a tree if it got traction. The scooter has 2 speeds and I keep it in number 2 which is the slower speed. This is strictly a off road scooter which is exactly what I wanted. I would not advise it for highway use with the knobby tires that come with it. Plus it is extremely fast. Where this scooter shines is off road. It digs into the ground and is very comfortable to ride in off road conditions. I been looking for something electric like this for a long time. The 20 amp hour lithium battery will keep you going for a long time. No concern. Best purchase I've made in a long time. Of course the seat could always be improved which manufacturers always seem to overlook. If you want a bull for off road, this is it. Highly recommended.
