can the battery be replaced?

The battery of Xeneo X21 Portable Bluetooth Speaker can not be replaced, because it's a sealed-in battery, you can not remove the battery from the speaker by yourself. If the batter is unable to hold acharge, the entire speaker must be returned to Xeneo for a new battery. Does the sd card come with it when ordering the speaker?

hello, Xeneo X21 Portable Wireless Bluetooth Speaker comes with a SD card slot so you could insert sd card, is supports max32g SD card, and play music in your card without connecting bluetooth , but it doesn't come with a sd card per se.

When turning one speaker on or off do the other speaker automatically turns on and off at the same time or do i have to separately turn both on or off

When you pair up two Xeneo Portable Bluetooth Speakers for true wirelss stereo, the second speaker will automatically turn off when the master one turns off. To start playing music, you need to turn each of them on separately, and then they will automatically pair up.
