Kristin Ess The One Signature Hair Gloss - Crystal Quartz: Pigment Free, Colorless

This is my first time using a semi permanent hair gloss that required two steps. I tried a couple of drugstore so-called glosses and they literally dried my hair out like straw, turned it an ugly dark mud brown despite what the container showed the color was supposed to be and made it duller than it was to begin with.Not this gloss! OMG! I've been searching for a product to help improve the condition of my hair while my body adjusts to coming off of prednisone which basically ruined all my hair and turned it into dry, brittle, dull straw. I followed the directions exactly and allowed it to sit on my hair for 20 minutes. I then lightly shampooed it and went from there.My hair actually feels like it did before I ever went on Prednisone! Even though I used the clear gloss, it still toned done all the brassiness out of my hair and turned it back to my natural deep, rich auburn. It was like it knew what my hair needed and automatically fixed it!I had hoped for it to make my hair shinier and healthier looking but this was a completely unexpected side benefit!I highly recommend Kristen Ess Signature gloss to ANYONE as long as you choose your correct color (if you decide not to choose the clear). After one use I am completely sold on this product and will continue to use it regularly!

This was straight forward to use and very effective. First timer doing a hair gloss and I would say pretty successful. My hair was so soft after. This also helped with the frizz!

Holy crap. This completely stripped my hair of all of its softness. It feels crispy and squeaky like doll hair. My hair did NOT feel like that before this gloss. I’m gonna have to live with this for the next month as it washes out and who knows if my hair will go back to what it was before. So very disappointed. My hair feels exactly like cheap doll hair. It’s stiff when I put it in a low pony. :( so upset

My daughter recommended this and said she had a good result with it. It really almost made my hair feel kind of gummy and then I didn't notice any difference. It may work better on some hair, but my course hair didn't feel like it changed at all.

I hate fussing with a lot of steps and this was super simple. Just apply to wet hair, wait, and rinse. Today, my hair is super shiney and healthy looking. Definitely getting it again!

I had a bayalage done on my super dark hair. The bleach wrecked my hair. It's just damaged, I use a leave in conditioner, a hair masque, and good quality shampoo and conditioner but unfortunately my hair is still very dry. I tried the gloss and I was pleasantly surprised! My hair feels softer and it's more manageable. It also doesn't look as damaged. I would definitely use this product again!

This is a fantastic gloss that is basically salon quality. If you were looking to add some shine to your hair, this is a fantastic product that is way cheaper than going to your salon.

I stopped coloring my hair in 2020 and while I love my natural gray color, I miss the body that hair color gave my hair. My grandaughter recommended that I use a clear glaze and this product was wonderful!
