Very straight forward to assemble, just take your time.....as its powder coated, before each part is attached, part insert the screws, to clear the threads, makes actual assembly easier...Quality of parts overall is very good to excellent.....I'm not a BBQ fan, but was talked into getting one, went along the gas route, as more controllable, and no damned smoking out of guests and neighbours, looked at many and chose this as it looked most sturdy, and it is, very sturdy, and cooks brilliantly, very impressed, and the clean up.... awesome, panels just come out and go in the dishwasher if needs be...simple...may end up a convert

Good quality materials with easy to understand instructions . I put this together myself and it took a few hours but then I wasn't in a hurry (,quite therapeutic really ) As there are a lot of extra holes for screws in the "legs" you must be careful to pick the rigbt hole but the instructions diagrams are quite accurate,just take your time. Only hoping for the weather to enjoy the outside catering!!

Quite a bit larger than I anticipated but that’s ok. Easy to assemble although it would be an improvement if the regulator came fitted..Got it up and running fairly quick but you do need a second pair of hands to help. Looks good quality and pleased with the build.When cooking found the temp to not be great so removed the separating sections and that helped a bit but overall I find it takes ages to cook the food compared to other BBQs I’ve had.If your not in a hurry it’s a nice bit of kit but if you want to whip up a quick BBQ forget it, it seems to take an age to cook the food

Simply fantastic barbecue. Can’t wait for proper good weather will be using it lots. Used couple of times. Ability to switch between griddle and hot plate good. Made a lovely steak on the griddle and then another session a round of sausages and burgers on the flat plate. All grease collected and ability to clean parts in dishwasher is a game changer..came up like brand new. Heats up very quickly and perfectly even temp across the cooking surface as far as I can tell. Very very happy.

Lovely BBQ, does NOT come with pipe or regulator as some have asked, purchased one at same time so came together ( had it of had one I'd of sent it back) cooks quickly and very easy to clean, grill plates are cast, so a little on the heavy side, pizza stone (seperate purchase) worked well. Should have gone to gas years ago.
