Works as described.
Someone gave our daughter a swing to use for our first grandchild, but it did not have the power adapter with it. In order to not spend a small fortune on batteries we opted to buy this instead. It powers the units as it should and that, plus longevity, is all I can ask for. I see no reason while it would not last with proper care.

Made my swing circuit board fry
This product made my swing work for two minutes before it didn't work at all it probably the wrong power but it was recommended for my ingenuity swing.
