Terrible product and no customer service
Terrible product. Soaks up all the water so the mat is just soaking wet when you stand on it. All the text is also washed off. No customer service at all.

Great to look at but doesn't last long
The door mat is beautiful for the first 3 days. After that, all lettering starts to rub off.

Attractive but has some issues
This doormat sadly didn't meet my expectations. It was thinner and paler than it seems in the description and made from a synthetic material, not the usual coir. But the main issue was that it doesn't drain well at all and rainwater pooled underneath, meaning our shoes got wet standing on it and were still muddy when entering the house. In the end I had to return for a refund.

I have put on my balcony doorway. It is nice and thick (don’t think wind will affect it). Looks really good. Very pleased.
