This book is amazing! Let me explain to you how it works. This diet is such that you should eliminate most carbohydrate foods from your diet. That means goodbye rice! Goodbye bread! Goodbye, most fruits! Goodbye fried potatoes and not fried! Goodbye pasta! In fact, you should not have more than 20 grams of carbohydrates in your diet. and the author has modified every recipe based on it. You eat more vegetables and oils and meat. Oils (nuts without a lot of carbohydrates, animal fats, bone broth…) provide about 70 per cent of your daily energy needs and a small number of protein products (about 25 per cent of your energy needs). The remaining five per cent are necessarily carbohydrates. Basically, the author tried to turn the famous food pyramid upside down and ignore common medical prescriptions. The goal is to teach your body to use fat instead of carbohydrates as its main source of energy! You can see the world of health and diet in a whole new way after you've finished reading this book. It also shows you how to take better control of your wellbeing, not just your weight. The Keto diet can aid with the function of the brain, increase metabolism and also improve sleep. By modifying your dietary habits so you can take better care of yourself, this diet can actually support seniors. Along with a meal schedule, and a few copycat recipes from numerous restaurants, this book has so many different delicious recipes. After five months of using this book, I weigh less than my early twenties, which is great. my lateral fats of the abdomen are gone. I do not seem to have lost much muscle mass. My energy level has not yet reached the level before the diet, but I no longer insist on lifting heavy weights at the club as before.I really do not know if it is related to this diet or not, but they have happened! you will enjoy the variety of recipes which included fish, a different type of meats, vegetables and some other ingredients which would be new for you. Every meal is covered along with snacks and some staples. I look forward to exploring more recipes in the future and more about Keto. Overall, the book is fantastic and has many useful items in it (like measurement conversions and kitchen tool suggestions).

I recently bought this cookbook because the Keto Diet was being researched by my husband and me. Because it said it was for beginners, I chose this particular book. I have tons of recipes already bookmarked that I can't wait to try! We will definitely have plenty of new dishes to last for quite some time. Firstly, I saw everything for the first time, I did not start without getting information and measuring my abilities, secondly, my persistence of using everything that they mentioned in the book, including the exact ingredients plus the introduction. the third cool thing is that it is not a diet, it is a lifestyle model, it makes you fit for a long time. The best diet for me because i don't need to count calories at all, all the diets before keto was a mistake for me. I was struggling hard to lose the first fifteen kilos with exercise and calorie count, but after gaining weight again, it was so easier for me to lose that 15 kilos again and this can be the most important difference with other diets. The recipes are all delicious, and are grouped together by a certain theme for breakfast, snacks, or protein-based, and fast to read. For the Keto-curious or the committed chef, this is a perfect idea. Now I am a year and a half on Keto, and I did not take even one levothyroxine, this pill is full of side effects, I went according to this book and all the introductions. Now, I have no other problems. All the side effects of Hashimoto's thyroid and the side effects of the pill are gone and I'm fine. Before I needed to drink the electrolyte every day, but now when i am eating these keto recipes i don't need any of them. I was away from all factory materials, and I made everything that was keto with my beautiful little daughter. Thank God, all the problems caused by this disease have been solved and I am more energetic than before.if someone of you got some problems with thyroid and any other diabetic issues, must be sure that after even 1 month you will not need to take any other pills. I’m very happy with my purchase and recommend you to start your diet as soon as possible. Highly recommended!
