The stretches were simple and effective with clear and specific instructions. Will be looking for more of her workouts.

Tedious
Really wanted to use this but it is so tedious. Instructor keeps talking between and through exercises of why it's done, etc.--should be a blurb at beginning or before each section. It gets so tedious waiting for her to get through it and actually do the exercises. stopped it on second set and returned it.

Great Video
This video is not your average stretching video. It is so much more. I love her use of props in some of the sections and the attention to posture and proper alignment. Even now as I write this, I am making sure my shoulders are down and my knees are in alignment to my feet. This one is a keeper.

lots of stretching
I liked the video, but I was expecting some stretches that were easier, like the advertisement says "easy, healing stretches". My legs and hips felt better the next day, and I'm hopeful to be able to do all the stretches with more ease after more practice.

Not so easy
I was hoping for easier stretches. If you have difficulty getting on and off the floor, or reaching all the way forward to touch the floor while bending one knee, etc., these stretches may be a little over-physical. The more we practice, the better we can get at this, but you'll need yoga blocks, perhaps a chair for support, and other tools to approach some of these stretches, which are advanced.
