The product works very well - once the antenna was situated in a good location, the signal came in clear and well. The only problem encountered had to do with SiriusXM eliminating the old radio from my account and putting this radio on, but even that was easily taken care of. In all, a very good product for listening to SiriusXM.

Unit works as expected, very satisfactory.

Replaced a 15 year old and tired Tivoli radio with XM. The Onyx is much easier to use, and more importantly, gets a better signal from both satellite (always almost full scale) and terrestrial repeater varies from a weak to moderate. Bottom line, the music keeps playing and never degrades even in heavy rain storms. The included antenna is inside and not even near a window but is facing a south facing wall. Audio on the line out had to be turned down to minimum. You'll have no problem feeding whatever line level device you need with this. It has been error free with no re-booting or issues and it stays on 24/7. I like that you can dim the display and go white on black text. For the price it's a bargain if you want to listen to SXM or feed it into an audio system to have always on music without dealing with streaming.

This device is wonderful. We struggled a wee bit with customer service but figured it all out.
