The dosage is a good amount and makes it easy to swallow. My body absorbs it good and it’s super effective. The size is pretty good in the brand is also good.

Difficult in general maintains good quality across their brand and products, consistent. Outside of third-party testing you never know what's actually in a product but when they go to the trouble of maintaining a well-designed brand with consistent quality and a broad line it's fair to assume they've assured the quality of the product and the dosage. Can't say much more than that

I am not a medical professional. This product seems to help with gentle energy boost (not at all like coffee). Good sized bottle, easy to use. Functionality is no issue. Seems to be great quality. Happy with this product thus far!

I take this vitamin B6 once a day it's easy to swallow an absorbed nicely seems to work well with other vitamins that I take so far

My doctor told me to get p-5-p form b6 because my body burns through it so fast. This is the only p-5-p i use because it works within days and i dont want to risk trying anything else. I have pituitary problems, thyroid issues and neuropathy among other things and this helps keep it manageable

I was informed by a pharmacist that taking 50 milligrams of this vitamin can STOP, painful geographic tounge over a 1 to 2 month period of time. I started taking it a week ago and hope this will solve my painful problem of 9 years. I do not know yet if it will work. Best of luck to others that suffer from this painful syndrome.
