Big Poppa’s Desert Gold Seasoning – Prize-Winning Lemon & Mediterranean Spice Blend with Garlic, Bell Pepper & Honey – Gluten-Free Citrus Seasoning for Chicken, Fish, Veggies & More (11.5 Oz)

Was skeptical at first purchasing a spice blend like this, as generally I keep it simple with SPG and just a couple other spices (I have tried various other spice blends but never stuck with them). I purchased this blend after watching a few videos on different methods of smoking on a weber. Since July of last year, I have bought 3 of the 11.5oz versions.This has been the best spice blend I have bought for chicken, and easily top 5 for pork and beef (mainly chops and steaks). This pairs extremely well with either charcoal or lump, while also amazing in the oven or pan fried.

Seasoning is great, I use on brussel sprouts, cauliflower and other veggies.

Best chicken rub in my personal opinion. It’s fire on chicken thighs.

Taste good on everything.

This rub/seasoning is superb, I make BJ’s Restaurants roasted Brussels Sprouts with it until my Husband finds it and uses it on meats. Shipping costs are so ridiculous but it is that good!

We tried this on the Brussel spouts at BJS. Otis awesome! It’s good on about anything you want to put it on. It’s good just to have in the spice rack.

Albeit really expensive, it is so delicious!
