Works good for what it's needed for.
Worked great for traing on plastic rubber arm for classes

Work great!
I’m not sure why these have been getting bad reviews lately. I decided to risk it even with the reviews, and the box I received seems to be in great condition.! I’m at least 6 in with no problems, and a visual inspection looks like the rest will be great too. Sharp, straight, easy to use, and inexpensive- what more could I ask for?

They are just separately package needles
There is really nothing fancy about them. They just work for the shots that I have to give myself a couple times a week.

Great for hormone injections
I use these for my testosterone intramuscular injections and they work great. They glide right in and are very sharp so not painful. I would buy these again.

Better than my old 23G's but still get some painful moments
I do injections twice a week, and i used the needles only once, I fill the syringe with an 18G needle -- still, once in a while I get a needle that doesn't easily pierce the skin and hurts quite a bit--I would say over all it's a better needle, but I can't say it's worth the extra

Cheapest option, still a quality product
I hate the fact that I’m buying healthcare supplies on Amazon, but here we are. I was very skeptical when friends recommended this option, but I’ve had no issues. Will probably reorder when I run out.

Easy in
My other needles were causing bruising, etc. I have ZERO issue with these! And the value is great. Never buying from the pharmacy again.I have to do HRT injections every 4 days so that's a LOT of needles and I GREATLY appreciate these for the sharpness and depth to muscle they can reach.

Cannot recommend whatsoever for estrogen
Honestly the most hazardous needles I've ever used. I'm very familiar with the process of intramuscular injection. Even so, there've been at least 3 times where these needles have slipped off in the middle of injecting with a luer slip syringe. This has resulted in a needle getting stuck in my partner's leg and the estrogen spilling out of the top of the syringe. As you might imagine, this hurts a lot and can create quite the mess. This appears to be possible regardless of how tightly I push the needle onto the syringe, too. What gives? This never happens with the drawing needles I use from other brands, which get attached to the same luer slip syringe and often stay in my estrogen vial much longer than these needles stay in my partner's leg. I've used only about 40 of these so far since buying in October, but I'm still throwing the rest of this box out as soon as I get a replacement from a different brand.Further calling into question this product's status as a "safety" needle, the shielding mechanism is also quite poor. It's very hard to put the needle in the shield after injection--I tried a few times, almost pricked myself more than once, then abandoned the idea altogether. Of course, without being able to safely tuck the needle away in the shield, the needle is extremely bulky and hard to fit in many sharps containers. Forget about recapping it and the cap staying on, too--there's something extremely cheap about the way these are manufactured.I don't usually write Amazon reviews, but I had to make an exception for these since they can inflict genuine harm upon the people using them. I've never had issues with sharpness like many other reviewers, but that barely matters when the needle won't even stay attached to the syringe or get in its shield when it's time to throw it away. This product is dangerous. Before buying, you need to ask yourself if you want that in a needle--I wouldn't imagine many people do.
