It's pretty big as far as pendants are concerned. About the size of a US Quarter coin. It's big and flashy though and shines and shimmers every which way you move it. Definitely a statement piece. Great shock value when opening it. My wife had the same look of wonder on her face as the goonies when they found One-Eyed Willy's treasure. Feels sturdy and chain doesn't feel too cheap. But it's a little heavy to be practical for daily wear though. If you're looking for some relatively inexpensive jewelry that your SO might not wear that often. This one does the trick!

The necklace it self is outstanding! It’s exactly what I expected and my wife loves it. Only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is the insane packaging it came in!! I opened the package and crap went everywhere! Totally unacceptable! But the necklace is beautiful! And that’s the most important thing! Step up your shopping game please!

This necklace is very pretty and comes displayed in a nice box. The only issue I had was determining my wife’s birthstone in that nothing specifies color to month. I did look it up but it was still difficult choosing the right one.
