Good value ab roller. Cheap and sturdy. Seconds to put together. My mum used an ab roller when I was a teenager. She made it look easy. It isn't. It's really working the muscles around my lower ribs, front and back

Only sent 1 handle
I only received 1 of the 2 foam handles. This makes it difficult to use as the wheel rolls off of the non handle side and is uncomfortable.I tried contacting the seller and just got an automated response, so absolutely 0 help there. Just spend a little more and get a quality roller.
