Battle Creek Equipment 056 14 in. x 14 in. Medium Thermophore

I have had a Thermophore Heating Pad for many years. It finally gave way maybe after 20 years of use. I have always been pleased with this product. So I purchased another and I am just as happy as before. It work’s the same as the prior one and is priced well. I bought the 14x14 model and it is just the right size for my use. I think this product is the best on the market.

I purchased this to replace a Battle Creek thermophore which conked out after 30 years of use. The Battle Creek pad provides the deepest, most therapeutic heat and moisture of any pad I have ever used.The reason for the press-switch is a safety measure. If you had a simple on/off toggle, and fell asleep, I think you would be woken by the pain of a significant skin burn. This pad is potent!I use masking tape to hold the switch in the on position, loosening the tape when the heat reaches the point of being unbearable. I expect Battle Creek is aware of this practice because the switch on this model automatically turns off the heat after 20 minutes, so protecting those who do fall asleep.You won't find a better source of therapeutic heat out there. Highest recommendation!

Love the product but wish it would last longer. I go through them every few years.

My mother-in-law had a larger older model of this brand. This smaller size is easier for her to use and works great

I would recommend this to anyone I know. It works great, very good for pain control and no drugs needed!! Easy to use!

Over the years, I have purchased several hydroculators from battle creek for myself & my family. I have also recommended to friends. The heat penetrates much deeper than a regular heating pad giving me relief from severe back pain. I use it every day. I have two sizes, one for travel & one for home. I purchased the classic that one must hold on with your hand, not the model with the on/off switch. My husband has used it for the arthritis in his hands which gives him great relief. I first got a hydroculators/thermopohore due to a recommendation from my physical therapist that used them in his offices. So very glad that I did!

I don’t know 1star , or 2 or 3 or 5 to give. I bought it in April, today is my first time to use, but I have to hold the button to keep the light on, it’s off if I left my finger. Can anyone tell me how ? Or the product is defected.

Very durable after 2 yearsExcellent qualityWish it had a timer on this one. lever controls the power , so when you let go the power shuts off.Has outer cover for washing.

Works well. Switch is a bit of a pain but you get used to it

My wife has cyatic and back pain...loves the moist heat of this pad. Size and ease of use is great. My only knock is the price :) I think it's a tad over priced but that's me......

Shipped fast. Found it exactly whats being described. Warms up quickly. The on/off switch is a good safety feature and prevents burns if you fall asleep

Exactly what you're expecting but my box had been opened. When I contacted customer service they took care of my concerns instantly. Great customer service!
