Does what it says on the tin
I have an aging PC but its a PC that suits my needs. I have had it for six years from new, and the only issue I have noticed recently is the CPU temps while at normal general usage, are fine but if I do something that is quite intensive like converting videos, my temps spike to 100 degrees. To give an idea of specs, it is an Asus H110-R micro ATX mother board with an Intel i7 770 cpu and 32gb of ram. I have not done much with it over the years except add ram (it originally had one 8gb stick and now has two 16gb sticks) and add in a 2.5gb network card. The cooler that came with it was your basic run of the mill stock cooler. The CPU under general use was running around 45 to 46 degrees and as I say, 100 degrees under heavy load, which as anyone will know is not great. As I cannot upgrade my whole PC right now, I have decided to do what I can to extend its life. The cooler was an obvious choice. I have heard good things about Be Quiet coolers, so thought I would go with this one. Maybe it is overkill, I don't know, but I felt it was a fair price and has fittings for both Intel and AMD boards.I did watch a video on youtube beforehand to see how easy or hard it would be to fit, and I can only guess that there has been some revisions to its design as it was slightly different in a few places. But anyway, the instructions sheet that comes with it is quite useful, although it does get a little confusing with the screws as its not exactly 100% clear which to use sometimes. As you can expect with a lot of these kind of things, fitting it can be fiddly in places due to space in your rig and while fitting the bracket you have to mess about with both sides of the board while fitting the screws etc. Fine if you have dainty fingers, and not huge sausage fingers like me.There was a slight issue with screwing the actual cooler to the brackets, but after a bit of a faff I finally got that sorted as well.Probably the most awkward part was the clips that attach the fan to the main body of the cooler. But even that really wasnt that difficult and I could have probably made things easier by removing the ram giving myself more room. The cooler comes with one fan which you can fit either side of the main body, and has arrow markings on it to show which direction the fan spins and the direction of the air . You can fit a second fan if you feel like buying one and attaching it to the opposite side and the kit does come with a spare set of clips to attach it. This will obviously be dependant on whether your board will allow it as fans need power. So after a rather sweaty annoying session fitting the cooler it was time to test the PC out, and amazingly it all booted up with no issues and is currently running perfectly as I am typing this review with said PC.On general usage I am currently getting around 10 degrees less than before, and while doing a video conversion it actually only went up to 75 degrees, which is much better.Another thing that is cool with this cooler is it comes with already pre-applied thermal paste. Of course if you are not happy with that you are free to use your own, but if you don't mind using what is supplied it means it works straight out of the box without the need of spending money on thermal paste on top of the price of the cooler.Very happy with my purchase and fingers crossed it can help my PC last a few years longer now.Oh, and this will be very dependant on your rig, but you may need to adjust your fan speeds in the bios as sometimes these things default to full speed, which really is not necessary on most rigs. And yes, it is very quiet.

True to the name
Was delivered quickly and runs quietly. Very fiddly to install and seems a little skimpy, but once set up there were no further problems and no overheating from my cpu either, however I do not overclock my CPU so if you plan to do so, you may have to purchase bigger CPU cooling unit.

Very very quiet.
Not silent, but very very quiet. A big upgrade over a stock cooler. Nearly 160mm high so won't fit in slimmer cases.

Decent
Relatively easy to install, the “seesaw” type screw mechanism for holding the fan down is a little tricky to manoeuvre and applying the actual fan over the radiator is painful to say the least as a result of the metal “cards” on the radiator you need to wrap the fan around! Other than that the fan is silent, keeps my cpu very cool and aesthetically the black fan and radiator fits perfectly with my build.

Very Quiet and outperforms my AIO
The media could not be loaded. My PC started to overheat and shutdown. After topping up the AIO pump it still was not working in upright position. So I decided to install a heat sink and fan solution. My PC is now working as expected and no issues with heat. The Cooler is extremely quiet and can hardly be heard. Easy to install too.FXV300

WOW< What a Cooler - Brilliant.
My computer is an ASUS B550 Plus, fitted with a RYZEN 5 5600g CPU and Wraith Stealth Cooler. It just ran TOO hot for my liking. Even at idle the temperature was 48°C to 52°C with the fan running at full speed. It was noisy. So, I replaced the stock cooler with this one. What a difference it made. That temperature shown in the screen shot was taken with a ambient room temperature of 24.5°C watching YouTube.Fitting is straight forward and it came supplied already coated with thermal paste.Points to note!1. The pillars supplied have a recess at one end only to fit over the motherboard back plate pillar coming through the motherboard, so make sure the recess end fits onto the backplate correctly. This is not shown in the instructions.2. You MUST recalibrate the BIOS Q-Fan settings. In the BIOS look for Q-Fan and start the calibration process. WHY, because the motherboard will not detect the low fan speed correctly and may not boot up or turn off some LED features on the motherboard. If this is a bug with ASUS I cannot find any reference to it. My system Booted up but the aura LED's were disabled. After the fan calibration everything was ok.Well, with that minor issue over I can highly recommend this cooler.

It's like I've gone deaf after changing my old one for this new fan
It was a bit fiddly to install, it may have been easier if I had taken the motherboard out from the case, but that seemed like far too much hassle having to disconnect and remove all components.BUT, this is the best purchase I have made for my pc in years! I do a fair bit of video editing etc. and my old fan was so loud it sounded like my px was going to take off. This new fan is quieter when the cpu is running flat out at 100% than my old one was when the cpu was idling. It's brilliant.I can't stress this enough, if you have a loud fan and are looking to replace it, get this one!great price too, considering how much some of the water cooler ones cost.

Excellent cooling for Ryzen 7600
I bought this cooler for Ryzen 7600 CPU and it works like a charm. CPU is at circa 45 degrees 99% of the time in my use case. Keeps the CPU in 80-82 range even in most intense benchmarking. Runs super quiet too. Yes there are better coolers if you have top of the line CPUs, but for the 65W TDP Ryzen I have and similar CPUS, then it's perfect

Cool and Quiet
Cooler was easy to install because it comes with clear instructions. Seems to perform well. Quiet. Have not checked the core temps but have had no crashes since install. Reasonable price.

It’s Super Quiet
It’s quite a large cooler, so make sure you have a case that can accommodate it. It’s incredibly silent. The only time I hear this fan is at first boot, when I turn the machine on. It’s of great build quality. Thermals are great so long as you use correct thermal paste and remember to remove the plastic covering on the base of the cooler. The mounting system was a bit tricky to install, only because I have an older motherboard. Despite this, I was able to fit the cooler perfectly. It’s compatible with a lot of different motherboard models, including older ones. It’s quite expensive but for what it’s worth, it keeps temps low under stress, is dead silent, and looks great!

Fantastic Results
My 5600X was idling at 50 (C) degrees. Replaced the Wraith cooler with this. Idle temperature dropped to 36 degrees.Beautifully constructed. Fan is near-silent at 50%. Comes with thermal compound already applied. Smaller size means it will fit in almost any case. Extremely easy to install, especially if your motherboard is out of the case. Mine was in the case, and it was difficult getting at the clamps. Highly recommended for your 65-watt AMD processor.
