I have been using TMG caps to help with blood pressure. To reduce the amount of pills I take I decided to try this product. This has worked much better than the caps as far as blood pressure control. Once my caps are gone I will be switching to this product.

Definitely helps give you a "pump" when working out. Mixes well with my pre-workout drink. Can't taste it. Cost is good for the amount of serving you get.

TMG smells fishy. That means it is contaminated. Nutricost support said it is normal for their TMG to smell. I have another capsule form and that does not. Disappointed. I like the powder form because i use a lot of it
