Faber Music Violin Basics: The Landmark Beginner Violin Method (Student's Book) Edition: Basics)

Comprehensive Beginner's Tutor Book from Beginner to Grade 1
This is a comprehensive beginner's book which methodically covers the violin technique and musicianship step-by-step. There are 75 music tracks and 63 pages, which in my experience makes one of the thickest beginner to grade 1 books, and hence there are enough exercises to solidify each skill. I'm searching for a book for older beginners aged 11-12, who are not quite ready for an all-encompassing books targeted for adults but may have grown out of very colourful younger beginner books. And this book may be a good fit, with enough explanations to make them independent during at-home practice. I am putting a 4-star because the downloadable audio tracks are just piano accompaniments, and it would also be great to have demonstration tracks so students can hear how the violin part sounds.
