Not the best start!
Not the best start we had to return one set they wouldn't work, but so pleased I sent for a replacement. Really easy to fit and look great we purchased these for the conservatory with a sloping roof (all glass walls) they look great 👍

Broken plastic screws fixing inside of the driver box
The media could not be loaded. Didn't consider taking risk fixing all assuming the driver might be faulty as well. All prepared for return process.

Contrary to the advert this system is NOT dimmable with a dimmer switch.
The media could not be loaded. The advert is misleading. It is not dimmable using a dimmer switch. Also, the LED bulbs used (GU5,3) are older types and I am told will be difficult to replace in future.
