Q: Has anyone used this on under eye bags and actually seen fat reduction and a reasonable amount of time??

I have been using it and have not seen any success. Smells good. Goes on smooth. No reduction in anything at all. I may be slightly allergic to the scent since I have itchy eyes the next morning.

Q: I had a baby 3 months ago via cesarean and my stomach feels so saging. Can I use it on my stomach?

I don't see why you couldn't use it on your stomach. It's good for lifting. It may take a little while though, it won't work instantly. Congratulations on your new baby and go easy on yourself. 3 months is nothing (timewise) after child birth, especially a c section.

Q: What are the directions for use? There are no english directions on my box?

I had the same experience. Since this product is almost identical to previous product, Nivea Smoothing and Firming lotion, I (assume ?) the directions would be the same. Those would be, smooth twice daily onto thighs, buttocks, and stomach. Does not mention using on eye bags. Hope this helps you.

I don’t remember exactly, I use a number of Nivea products some of which come from Bulgaria and sometimes from other European countries and some that are stocked in the US.
