I almost bought a way more expensive cupping set before I saw a YouTube video with a licensed physical therapist using these. I'm so glad I found them, because they work great for both static and sliding cupping therapy. I use them on my shoulders and neck and they give nice relief for muscle tension.

I’m an active hiker and often go on expeditions, and these silicone cupping therapy sets have become an essential part of my recovery routine. I never leave home without them, especially on trips. After long hikes or tough days, I sometimes wake up with stiff spots, and these cups do a great job of releasing tension and keeping my fascia from sticking in the wrong areas. They’re easy to use, pack light, and really help keep me loose and ready for more adventure. I highly recommend it to anyone who lives an active lifestyle!

These are really easy to incorporate into your massages but not the best for an actual cupping massage. The suction is good and works for what it is supposed to do however its just not something for a full cupping session. These are amazing to add as you do any other massage to save your thumbs a bit and allow for a nice full body ease when moved about when one of the larger cups are used. All in all a good item to have on the side, not for every session or for a full cupping massage but worth having just in case.

Recently had cupping done when I was getting a massage and I couldn’t believe the results on how I felt so I immediately had to find a set. These come in a cute carrying bag to keep them together (and avoid losing them). They take a second the figure out on how to apply for proper suction, but once you get it, they are on! I am able to get them on and walk around with no chance of them just popping off. I love the sizes that this kit comes with. It allows you to find the right size to stick on whichever area is causing you issues and get that blood flowing to relieve the pain.

Just delivered yesterday & I am a fan! I have had a professional use rubber cups on me but never tried it at home. Quick delivery in full working order. Very easy to use even with applying a cup with one hand or applying to the upper backs of shoulders yourself. I used coconut oil. Great suction, I could even attach and move around doing things around the house without them ever coming off. In the less than 24 hrs I have only tried fixed cupping where you stick it and leave it. I tried this on my shoulders and upper back between blades, upper arms, stomach and feet. The very 1st cup was a little creepy to see your skin sucked up as these are clear but you get over that by the 2nd cup. Does leave a ring when removed. I did leave them on longer than most would but it just felt relaxing. For the most part I went 15-20 mins. Of the 22 spots I cupped I woke up to maybe 9 still showing a “cup kiss” all the way to dark purple circles. Again no pain. Apparently the circle colors are indications of where the therapy is working more from what I read but I am no expert. Definitely looking forward to my next round. Just know depending how you use them, amount of suction & time you may have marks that can take days-weeks to fully disappear. To me a dark purple ring is worth it. Will try cupping with movement on cellulite next.

I’m still learning how to use these cupping therapy cups, but they feel very well-made and high quality. I’m excited because once I get the hang of the technique, it’s going to feel like I’m getting professional massage therapy at home. A great product for anyone interested in exploring cupping for relaxation or muscle relief!

My massage therapist uses these on me when I'm flat on the table and they work great. They do not suction as firmly as the rigid, or glass ones that my pt uses. I bought these and tried them at home, putting them on my upper legs in several places. They kept popping off, certainly while standing and even while sitting. My massage therapist suggested I pinch them more tightly together when first putting them on and that they should stay better. I haven't yet tried that so I can't say if it would work the way I use them. They seem to be good quality though.

I've been going to PT for several weeks now after a back surgery. My therapist has started cupping to help with the layers under my skin. She said I could buy some to use at home. My husband used it on me last night and it feels exactly the same as when the therapist does it. I got plenty of different sizes in my order. It's made from good quality silicone. I'm very happy with the purchase of this product. My therapist doesn't just stick it on me and leave it. She told me I could use coconut oil on my back, rub it in, then take the silicone cup (I used the large one) and squeeze it, stick it on my skin till it sticks, then slide it around. It feels like a massage. I gave it 4 stars for suction but that's probably because I'm not skilled yet at using them. It's pretty easy though. Pain relief is variable. I still have pain from surgery so it doesn't take that away but when at therapy, I turned my head to one side and had pain. My therapist did cupping and right when she was done I could turn my head with no pain. So I'm sure it helps with some pain.
