I don't know. I didn't see anything on there that said if it was made in China.

Are the straws cutable?

Yes, as anything is. They’re thicker than regular plastic disposable straws but definitely cutable.

Do these fit in the 30oz Yeti lids?

No. They are really wide. Wide enough for boba pearls. They don't fit through any of my yeti lids
