Can I use this cleanser twice a day? Morning and night?

Yes, I have used it twice a day. Especially after working out. The ingredients are gentle enough that I didn't see an issue with doing that. Overall, this is a great cleanser and love the ingredients and the PH level that keeps your skin balanced.

Do i need to rinse? can product be used when unable to shower? ie ..with a wet wash cloth and small amount of cleaner?

You can definitely use it with a wash cloth and small amount of cleanser but would recommend giving it a quick rinse afterwards. Tyler

Is this paraben-free?

It says paraben free, hypoallergenic, sulfate free and fragrance free. My face is very sensitive and all their products are gentle on my skin.
