Mostly happy
The media could not be loaded. I love the idea. I love the way that it looks once it’s completed. My only complaints are two things. First in the instructions. It doesn’t specify the frame arms properly. You have a Bar that will have two extra holes in it and neither the instruction book nor the video specifies where those go specifically. They are only called by Angle dimensions and all those angle dimensions are the same. Not marked.. We had to take the pond apart twice. Since it wasn’t specified properly. We got to the point where we had to put the tension support bar, and because the holes were not where they’re supposed to be… because the instructions didn’t point those out we had to take the pond apart …. The manual and video should be fixed. It would be less hassle. The other complaint I have is the waterfall has a fixed hose , and it leaks .. shown in the video I took. If you bring the water level up high enough you can’t really tell. Other then that I’m mostly happy. The led light is censored. so the light will turn off with even the flashlight from your phone, and it turns on automatically when it gets dark, which I love. (It would be nice if you had a switch to over ride this feature). The windows are a darker tint then I was hoping for but, they do magnify the size of the fish so they’re easier to see when they swim by. So that’s ok . Also, my other complaint was the labels on the panels did not stay. when I unpacked items, the labels were loose. A lot of guesstimating and luckily, it came together. The only labels that stay are frame ones. The pump is huge literally takes up a lot of floor space and it doesn’t look like it pushes out a lot of pressure. it’s still humongous. The liner looks thick and durable. The plastic mesh panels is for aesthetic. is what exactly it is for. They are flimsy the bars that you shimmy into the slot to put the .Plastic mesh panels slide in and out of the skin easily so be careful adding pressure when you slide them in place of the frame. They’re not strong but can be a poke hazard. Do not expect them to hold weight. They’re pretty flimsy. which reminds me , the plastic screw thingies that lock in place , don’t lose those… they are small and you only get the exact amount you need nothing extra. My gold fish and Rosie Red minnows love the extra space so I’m happy.

Difficult to build and a deadly pump
Originally I was very excited to receive this. The design looked nice and the pump/fountain looked good. I received it and the directions were very helpful and simple. Putting it together took 3 hours. It was very hard. Many of the parts specifically the joints were too tight and the fitting was too tight it was very difficult and took multiple tries because everything would pop apart from being too under pressure. Once it is built it is relatively solid. the windows match up reasonably well only a little off. BUT the thing that makes me give this a one star is the 3-in-one filter pump, fountain, and UV water clarifier. The UV water clarifier in my pump arrived unfunctional a day after putting in my fish to this pond I came back the next day and found them all DEAD! I was so sad my Angelfish and others had all been killed. I found it odd that there were no signs of damage or infection of the fish. I stuck my hand in the water to grab the fish's body for a better look at it and when I stuck my hand in the water I was immediately shocked by electricity. THE WATER WAS HIGHLY ELECTRIFIED! I then unplugged the pump and UV clarifier and took them all apart. Upon testing both I noticed the UV light was not turning on when plugged in. So I touched the water before adding the UV light back in the water and while the pump was plugged in and there was no electric shock in the water.I added the UV light clarifier back to the pump and turned it on and sure enough, the water was fully electrified!! I complained and received a full replacement pond with a new pump and UV clarifier and I set up the new pond pump and UV clarifier only to notice that when I added the new pump and clarifier to my new pond, the water was still electrified just like the old UV clarifier that was responsible for killing my fish!! I am still so upset about my fish as I have had them for so long. THERE IS A MAJOR DESIGN FLAW that is causing this to happen. The UV clarifier has a hole in the UV light housing where the water goes into but if that water is exposed to the electric current then that is the design flaw responsible for electrifying the water. BEWARE DO NOT USE

Beautiful addition to the yard
I purchased the No Dig Nature Pond. It snapped together in about 20 minutes and within an hour and a half it was filled, planted and pumping. No second person needed to build for me.Pros: Easy to assemble. looks great on the patio. The pump is quiet. It’s a decent size. The nature ladder on the outside is great and the ladder on the inside is a nice touch. Liner seems durable.Cons: I wish the liner hooks were a little deeper as the liner seems to be hanging on quite delicately. The suction cup feet for the pump are very loose on the pump so very litter movement will release them, which wakes the pump hard to move to adjust or clean. One of the top connections would not “snap” in place. Not sure how you’d every find a replacement liner.I added some tap water conditioner to the water, submersible lights, some live plant, a light coat of river rock on the bottom, some artificial lily pads for animals and it was done.Overall very happy.Update after 1.5 months. Still very happy. Actually purchased a HOB filter (Seachem 110) to replace the provided filter since I had some fish in the pond and wanted filtration with media baskets and more turnover. The fish are more active now and since there is a waterfall of water instead of the bell curtain the fish hang out a lot more. Still very pleased. 4th photo is Updated photo.
