Measure the circumference of the highest point of the arch of the foot and the inches it is will determine the size you need. Shoe size does NOT matter. The OSFM should be used for adults and NOT children.

This product can be difficult to slip on to the foot because it's designed to fit snugly. Sometimes, two people are needed to help slip on for the first few times.
