been using this for 25+ years except when i tried other brands a few times, always come back to this brand, If it is your 1st time doing a cleanse, then get the 2 week ultimate cleanse, 7 days is no where near long enough. this is a maintainance amount to do twice a year if you're already healthy and going 2-3 times a day.

For some brilliant reason the picture provided on Amazon does not include the fine print on the box and there is no such info in the product description. I was waiting a bit to start this cleanse and did not realize until I was outside their return window, so I’m just stuck with this crap. Why on G-d’s green earth would anyone put CRAB, LOBSTER, SHRIMP AND MILK in a cleanse!? Those are all poisonous to the body! Well, I found out the hard way. The seller needs to do better with product descriptions.

It took a while for my body to get used to it. I would rather had it taste better. But I guess the stuff that's better for you doesn't taste very good anyway. Just a thought.
