It works as described
After using this for three weeks, I can say it really does decrease the amount of detritus. My black substrate really shows any detritus and it looks much better. I also see less detritus get stirred up when doing water changes. The sponge and filter pad also seems to less gunk in it. The nitrates might also be a little lower, but they were already pretty low so I can't say for sure.

Product works as advertised. Cleared up my tank water in a day and has kept it pure and sparkling. Fish are healthy and happy. Highly recommend this.

It's ok but.....
I started using this stuff about a month ago. I didn't have any problems until now. I treated both my tanks last night and woke up to find all my cichlids gasping for air. My other tank was fine. The difference is that my cichlid tank doesn't have much surface stimulation as my other. So even with correct doses this stuff depletes oxygen. I'm not saying it's a bad product ..just make sure your tank is getting oxygenated very well if you use it.

This product did not work. I have used other brands over the years that worked well. It takes a couple of weeks then the aquarium starts to clear up. Maintenance is a smaller does weekly. This is my first experience with Dr Tims and it did not work. Save your money and don't buy this brand.

Seems to be working..all fish have passed on now darn it..I am working on taking care of this 110 gallon tank…I inherited from my late husband..Kinda wish I had paid more attention to his maintenance schedule ..

I tried other products for cloudy water and they never worked, then I tried this and within 48 hours my water became crystal clear. My aquarium is clean and my fish are happy
