I bought this wanting to try out the waist trainer trend. I haven’t worked out in my band so I can’t say much about that. Been holding up well so far. Haven’t noticed any wear and tear. I’ve been wearing it for 5 days now increasing the number of hours everyday. Started at 3, then 4, then 6 then 8 and now 10 hours a day. I chose a large based off the sizing chart. I’m 5’7 3/4 inches tall and 192 lbs. I had a 37 inch waist when I bought this and 45 inch hips. I have mine on the middle hooks for now. I can close it on the tightest but it’s a little too constricting for me currently. I could of done a medium but a large is fine for now. Will probably have to downsize sooner though than if I got a medium. I have lost 1.5 inches off my waist since I’ve started wearing this. I do cut calories (not particularly monitoring how many just making sure I eat less than normal, I usually skip lunch or breakfast and be careful not to binge and correct portion sizes during meals) and do maybe 10-20 minute workouts 6 days a week also. I’ve had 2 c sections so I have the mom pooch which is exaggerated on one side for some reason. I like to have the bottom strap sit lower to compress my pooch too. It doesn’t ride up or anything for me though driving in it is a little uncomfortable. My honest opinion is just wearing this by itself probably won’t do anything for you but eating less and exercising you’ll see change but you’ll probably still see change without it too. That being said I’m still happy I bought it and gladly wear it everyday.

You get what you pay for with this waist trainer. The first time i wore it, I thought it was perfect but it wears down very quick. The support is not the best after a while it starts folding on the top and the velcro little things fall off and get stuck everywhere. Also I had pulled a few strings out from the velcro getting latched where it’s not supposed to so it’s not really long term durable.

It’s very comfortable, I have had issues with others because they hit on my lower back and cause my sciatica to act up but this one sits lower and doesn’t cause that pressure. It’s also easier having the two straps. When I first moved down to the size I would strap the top and bottom first which allowed me to button and zip it up. My sister really liked it as well and ended up purchasing one. I also got the next size down from the same company and love it too

I love this waist trainer. I was skeptical about getting any after having my son just because i was scared in feeling uncomfortable. But let me tell you!!! This feels so comfortable yet you still get that comoression and countour you need to start training the waist. It is so secured by clips, similar to the bra clips, it has a zipper and Velcro straps!!! Yess!! I love that its neoprene so it helps you sweat and you can wear it under your clothes ofcohrse if you wear a loose fitting shirt. Just for reference all my Fat unfortunately is stored in my belly, i weigh 190 lbs and im 5'3 and the Large fit tight but a comfortable tight if that makes sense. I showed it to my coworkers and they are getting one too!
