Dosai

Great book of dosa and accompaniments. Some recipes are very involved and take a few days to make.

Such a waste. Just browsing the internet will get you better recipes with better descriptions.

I was looking for a book To be able To do dosa's with it's accompaniments (chutneys , sambar) myself.I was not sure I would find all I need in this book,but YES i found it all here. There are not so many illustrations ( some illustrations are in the middle ) but it is a very complete, practical and good value book. I tested some recipes which work perfect , I had no idea there where so many variations of dosa's and oothapam (more than 60 recipes of them in this book) , some with fermentation some without. There are even dosa's made of beans or lentils. You will find some recipes of typical accompaniment at the end of the book (chutneys and sambar).Enjoy

One of its kind. Like it best among the author's books. Quite incidentally spotted it at a limited time deal and got for 150!

Another great book from this author to go with dakshin and southern spice. Good clear recipes, pretty comprehensive.
