Perfect size! Tucks under desk. Smaller and less obtrusive than most..
I have a small space and a fairly small desk. This chair fits nicely. I really like it. This size is hard to find (19 inches across the seat} It tucks in nicely under my small roll-top desk (20-inch foot well) It's a great improvement over my previous office chairs and I feel it was a lucky find for my needs. I can't speak to its durability since I just got it but, so far, I love it!

Good for what's essentially a discount Herman Miller
Having just received this a couple days ago, I'm sure my opinion while change as times goes on. However, this chair is of a fair exceptional build quality for its price. The tilt lock mechanism is what really sold me on this, and is overall comfortable for long periods of deskwork/gaming, etc.The headrest itself is definitely a hit or miss depending on your height, I am 5'7" and it barely say level with my head. Flipping it upside-down seemed to show better results, but still varies.

Decent, but headrest is worthless for anyone 5'9" or taller
The chair is fine in terms of build quality, but the headrest sticks too far forward and doesn't extend up high enough for anyone at or above average height. At the headrest's highest setting and tilted to the most comfortable angle, I could still feel the bottom of the headrest on the back of my shoulders. When I slouched to see what using the headrest would be like for someone shorter, I found that it is so far out in front of the back of the chair that to use it you have to tilt your head forward or lift your shoulders off of the back of the chair. I ditched the headrest for now, but I'm looking into adding some wedges to make it lean back further. As for the rest of the sitting experience, I am torn between liking it and hating it. Don't expect to sit cross-legged or with one leg under the other; I immediately had to stop sitting like that with this chair because it is not wide enough on the seat and the front edge of the seat has a bad slope and a non-uniform stiffness due to the foam pillow beneath the mesh at the front of the seat being too skinny to rest my ankles on.The default upright position is too far forward and it feels like the chair is trying to push you out while giving you lordosis. For someone smaller and lighter I would expect this problem to be worse. There are three ways to get past this: (1) sit forward and upright or slouched so that your back doesn't touch the back of the chair. (2) loosen the leaning spring tension so that leaning back is easier, then lean back into the chair constantly. Or (3) use the rocking lock mechanism after tilting the chair back to a comfortable lean (you then can't rock the chair though).Good things about the chair:- When you find a comfortable position, it stays comfortable.- The mesh is of nice quality and the tension feels good.- The armrests have a nice cushiness and texture. It is also nice that the armrests can be lifted on occasion.- The wheels move well on large tile.Overall, I'm not completely let down, and I can go through a day of working while sitting in the chair without noticing it. That's a pretty good sign of a chair's comfort in my book.

Not what I expected, but considering price it's not too bad...
Well, ok. It's not that expensive, which is the reason for this chair being not that good. But still it have many bad points to be aware of.First is the seat itself, it's not that tight, so even with my weight (135) my butt is lower than plastic frame in the front under the mesh. Why this is bad? Well, after sitting on it for a while legs begin to hurt due to bad blood circulation. This is fixable, just put something under your feet, to place legs higher that chair, but come on, this is really not the best thing to do. Especially if your desk is not that tall and you move around too much.Next armrests, they are comfortable enough, have nice texture and feel, but if you lean forward or backward, armrests moves with the chair. This makes them super uncomfortable and kinda useless, unless you always sit in straight position. Yes, you can move them away, so they wont be on the way, but still...Also, it's impossible to take apart, if you want to put it in the box or something. Which is fine, not so many people will probably care about this but yee.Plastic is cheap, harsh and in some places not that good sandpapered. It's also hard to lean on it, it's not that comfortable in general. Maybe I got bad chair or something, but I'm not happy. It will not lost for long, I'm sure.

Good Value
We've had these for a few months now & they are working well in our machine shop unlike the cushion type chairs. They're comfy & work great around the shop. We had been pricing these types of chairs for a while now & couldn't pass up the price. Good value & good purchase.

Flimsy but worth $1000 for one feature
Cheap looking plastic for sure, headrest not all that bad. The nylon fabric will not last long, so need to find a replacement soon - if and only if the rest of the plastics hold up beyond the life of the fabric. Hand rest is good. Overall look good. All of that said this chair is worth a $1000 for one big feature. It has a tilt lock (that looks like a new design), you can lock tilt at any micro position. Even some high end chairs lack this feature, on most other chairs you have to tilt all the way back or all the way in. Given that it looks like a new design appearing in a standard base, I am sure this will start appearing in other chairs soon (assuming the base is manufactured by a handful of suppliers these companies use). The headrest bolt is long, so I am guessing I can put a rubber bush (perhaps cut off from a car suspension bush... hahaha) between the back frame and the headrest and get it to flex a little and likely help reduce fatigue. That might also prevent the headrest from breaking. For the price it is not a bad deal.

Fantastic chair..
Fan + Estatic = FantasticThis chair provides support in all the right areas. Arms flip up, chair reclines, breathable mesh at a great price. The only thing I did was change the wheels to the rollerblade style wheels to make this the perfect chair. And yes the headrest is adjustable it tilts and also slides up & down.

Comfortable and easy to assemble but not for taller people
Comfortable and easy to assemble. I bought it for my boyfriend and he is over 6 foot. So we may have to leave the headrest off of it as it comes to his shoulders and there is no height adjustment. Not for tall people! Lol

Uncomfortable af.
Rating this 2 stars because the seat was super uncomfortable. There is padding near the front of the seat under the 'waterfall' portion and that padding was cutting off circulation to my legs. Gave it a week hoping it would break in over time and it didn't so I returned it.Nice looking chair but cannot recommend it.
