Green Marble Contact Paper for Countertops Waterproof Granite Peel and Stick ...

I have a real green marble counter top, it was a remnant, and I have loved it for years. This contact paper is a little bit lighter green, but the pattern and color family are otherwise very much like my green marble. The thickness is wonderful - quality contact paper. As with all contact paper, it takes care to install so as not to have air bubbles. The creases some reviewers mentioned can be flattened with careful and slow application using a ruler or some such flat implement. I just use my hands. It had to piece it around the curve of the desk and honestly, I can barely tell. I am so happy. I ordered another one for a couple of other pieces that have damage like this well-loved desk which now has new life! NB: the IKEA desk is laminate and I am fairly sure the contact paper cannot be removed once truly installed. There is a little grace when you first apply it lightly but after you really squeegy it down -I don’t say press because you always want a pushing motion to avoid those pesky air bubbles - you will almost certainly risk lifting the laminate that’s how strong the adhesion is. To me that’s a plus: it will likely last a very long time and it is absolutely waterproof. Yes it is shiny but not overly so and my marble is also shiny so I accept that. I also believe the shiny coating adds to the strength of it and it emphasizes the beautiful pattern. When you apply it just peel a corner and lineup one whole edge first without peeling off the whole thing; peel only as much as you’re able to push it flat with a ruler or your hand or some other implement very slowly. Of course, cut before you install. The grid lines on the back help you cut a straight line. I think this is the best and certainly the most beautiful contact paper I’ve ever used and I’ve had lots.

We wanted a quick, simple and easy on the pocket book upgrade for our bathroom cabinets. It took 2 of us to lay it down and it was a little difficult to keep all the bubbles out but even with a few little flaws it turned out really nice!!

Lovely pattern and looks great on my closet shelves. If planning to buy more than one roll, buy all in the same order to ensure the color matches. I purchased this roll a few months after purchasing my other rolls and the color was just slightly lighter. Doesn't matter much for individual shelving, but if you are using it for wallpaper, make sure you order enough all at once. This paper is slightly less sticky than some other paper I bought, but still holds well.

The color is definitely a muted, sage green and not gray (I was a little concerned from some of the photos people posted). I added some comparisons in different rooms in my house. The design is high quality, no pixelation. I will note that it’s paper thin so any texture underneath it will show. I used the contact paper over painters tape and the slight overlapping areas in the tape can be seen as ridges under the contact paper. I also found it somewhat difficult to make it line up and apply perfectly especially if you’re doing it alone.

This stuff is super forgiving and easy to cut. Ended up making my old and messed up bathroom counter look so lovely. They stay sticky the bubbles are easy to scrape out but you gotta pick up the sheet and pull straight then scrape. The size worked out well because the marble blends well and you can barley tell that it's multiple pieces only reason you can is if you're looking hard. Only used one roll so I have extra for other fun things

I couldn’t have asked for a better counter cover it’s actually amazing. Everything cleans off of it. It’s also really thick and easy to apply

Looks amazing and easy to apply - Very happy with this purchase. Did not give 5 stars due to one of the rolls being damaged, although I had plenty to spare so the damaged roll was not needed for the countertop - I used it oin the shelves in the cabinets where the damage would not be noticeable,
