My new favorite!
Great for people who are sensitive to caffeine. All the kick with none of the side effects or drag. I've been using it for a year now after having issues with caffeine laden pre-workout mixes. I feel so great on this product and you don't get the hard crashes like with the other ones, so I can comfortably transition into the rest of my day.

Formula and serving size changes. A sport nutritionist's perspective.
Edit to original review from January 6, 2024:I have changed my position on the removal of betaine from the formulation. After doing an updated review of the research, it would appear that betaine is not effective for any performance enhancement, especially if one is already taking/using creatine monohydrate in the recommended dose of 3-5 grams per day.In fact, after reviewing the more recent research, betaine in higher doses of 4g and above actually appears to increase blood cholesterol, specifically LDL cholesterol, by 12-14mg/dL, which is quite notable. Thus, after learning of this new evidence, I am changing my negative that I gave the original review regarding betaine removal. I have also changed the following paragraphs that discussed betaine to reflect this updated position.I now rate this 4.5 stars which is an upgrade from my previous 4 stars.*********************I'll start by saying that this is an all-around decent stim free pre-workout. There have been some slight formula tweaks in the past few months that new buyers should be aware of so they can make the most informed decision. When I originally bought this product back in the summer of '23 the formula contained betaine anhydrous and theobromine. The new formulations no longer have these ingredients. I couldn't care less about the theobromine as that's not reliably been shown in research to increase performance by any metric I'd consider meaningful. The removal of betaine I am now indifferent towards/slightly in favor of (as of my edit on 2/15/24>, given the recent evidence on the supplement not having much effect for any performance benefits at all, and likely increasing blood cholesterol (specifically LDL) by 12-14mg/dL at higher doses of 4g and above. The original formula I believe only has 1.25-1.5g of betaine. There were 2 changes with this reformulation with regard to dosing B vitamins. 1) folate is now folic acid, and 2) increased the dose of vitamin B6 to 4,412% of daily value from what was a more reasonable 3,530% of daily value. This change in folate also increased the dose of folic acid from 300 dietary folate equivalents (DFE) to 510 DFE. Not that folate or the B vitamins have much impact on performance in the presence of a well rounded diet, but the switch to folic acid is superior. All in all, the changes aren't likely to be massive with respect to the effects on exercise performance.I also think the flavor is good and can be watered down or concentrated to fit one's preferences.I would eventually love to see an NSF certified for sport or Informed choice/informed for sport 3rd party testing for banned substances. While this has a cGMP seal on the label the additional consumer protection from contamination would be nice.I think a 4.5 start rating is pretty fair for the reasons given above. The dosing of the other ingredients is in line with research and the value is rather good such as L-citrulline being 6 grams. 5 star rating would include getting a 3rd party certificate seal for banned substance testing from informed sport/informed choice or NSF sport.TL;DR: they removed betaine (indifferent/possible positive - see edit above), removed theobromine (indifferent to), increased the vitamin B6 dose (indifferent), and increased folate dose and use folic acid now (positive). No caffeine and great taste make this a go to for later day workouts.

Increased Energy
I started taking PRE-SF last week, taking 3 times per work during my weight training. I do add 2g of Liquid L-Carnitine to my mix.During my workout today, I was able to add additional exercises to my routine increasing it from 50 minute to one hour. After finishing I did not fill tired as I fill quite a bid.Really like the Mango/ Peach taste and the fact it does not contain any Caffeine.I may continue to add exercises to my routine, or perhaps start to increase the weight. After my post workout , I take a combination of Carnitine 5g with HMB 3 grams and I fill it really works.I do recommend the PRE-SF for you Pre Workout.

Better non stim
Works good for a non stim. Coming from total war it doesn't quite hit the spot but if I have a late workout I 100% go for this so I can sleep after. Good price- good flavor- mid pump
