I have been taking the Ancient Nutrition Lions Mane for two years now and it has made a huge difference in my memory. I think clearer and when it was unavailable in the last year, I tried other brands and I noticed my memory issues gradually declined. I highly recommend this Lions Mane!

I haven’t tried it yet but I’m excited to. What I have noticed is that upon opening the bottle I counted the capsules to find only 29 rather than 30. That last capsule in photo is only partial. Not too big of deal but I paid for 30 not 29.2 or any broken capsules soo that’s uncool.
