I read the book in one sitting with taking some breaks in between, so I could properly sit and reflect on the thoughts which were being pushed to the front of my brain, wipe away the tears and check myself. I felt I didn’t find the guide I needed to heal, learn how to grow or how to find love even within myself. All this I thought I’d find the answer in this book. I’ve come to realise with reflection after reading the many quotes and sitting in deep thought with my post it notes, that these three things take time. I’ll never find a guide, only realisation and a slap in the face to raise my hand and say guilty to a few of these quotes. You’ll never find a guide, so stop looking for one. This book certainly helped me open up and continue my journey of life.
