I used to take this brand for energy help years ago when I was in my twenties. I don’t know why I haven’t tried again until now. I’ve had a very low quality of sleep for years especially after working night shifts in a very stressful environment. I’m on a health journey in my mid forties but if I can’t get quality sleep it makes that difficult. I’ve been taking these for the past four days and every night I have had no problem falling asleep without a sleep aide and staying in a deep REM state of sleep. My body feels absolutely relaxed when laying down instead of feeling like I’m bracing for something. This is already having such a good effect on me during the day, I’m feeling less frazzled and fatigued. So glad I tried these again! 🙌🏽🙌🏽

This is another good item that I recommend! These work well and the price is right. I only had one issue and that was how it was packed. It was shipped in a box with Very Heavy cat litter, and movement of the litter crushed the box. The pills were fine and undamaged though. Thank goodness! It needed More Protection from the Very Heavy box of litter. Maybe a "separated section" made with more cardboard so that smaller items don't get crushed that way. Very very interesting. Let me start off by saying - these will NOT work for everyone! They only work for people w/ hypersensitive cholinergic/adrenergic profile (common in people who respond dramatically to tiny doses of anticholinergics or sympatholytics). But that’s a LOT of people. Basically, these ingredients are deadly poisons at less than one molecule, just an imprint. They cause sensitive people to react to the sensed poison with relaxing GABA, endorphins, etc. and cause absolutely no real threat. The response that sensitive groups notice, is they feel more calm. They 100% work for me they’re amazing and I take them almost every night to wind down. Comparable to Hydroxyzine but they don’t make you groggy. 70% stress = gone. Poof. 💨 (At this price? Buy it. It’s with figuring out if they work for you. If not? Oh well you’re out 5 bucks.)

I tried these tablets hoping they would ease my daily stress. They do seem to help me feel a bit calmer, but the effect is pretty mild. Easy to take and no bad taste, but I didn’t notice a major change overall.
