I'm at that stage in life where nothing in me is going as normal . Almost 50 yrs old. My doctor suggested trying this supplement ( in general not specifically this brand) . WOW thank you ! It does have a calming effect for me emotionally . I don't notice a taste . My Energy level is back to what felt like normal for me before the changing started. Quality is fine I haven't noticed any side effects. It says take with food so I do & don't take near bed time. I did, then realized that was disrupting my sleep I think. The price seems fair . I would buy again from this seller

These work for me. I am sleeping more soundly and for longer periods. I have struggled with insomnia for a very long time due to ADHD. I do feel more relaxed during the day so these may be lowering cortisol levels. These also do increase the amount of ... when a man climaxes. I wasn't expecting that but it's fine.

I have few days using the product, but I feel my energy level is getting better, good taste, I consider it has health benefits.

If you have trouble sleeping, take this stuff. It will help, but if you need to go to work or get anything done, be careful you might not be able to function the next day. This stuff works too well. It basically knocks me out. I usually am up in the middle of the night going to the bathroom, but not when I take this. I wake up as if I haven't moved the entire night. I sleep so deeply I feel like I've been hit by a truck the next day. Unfortunately, I can't continue to take it because I can't hold my head up to function the next day. I took it last night and this morning at 9:30 I HAD to sleep. I thought, "I'll just take a little nap." I didn't wake up until after 1 p.m. after sleeping all night. I will say that I am a redhead and medication does impact us differently. I am also very sensitive to caffeine and everything. I usually take a child's dose when I take things because of how they impact me.

Best mg strength for price!

Doesn't work for me. I'll stick with St. John Wort. Everyone body is different though. Do what works for you. No weird smell. No upset my stomach

This is by far the best ashwaghanada tablets I’ve taken, even the Nutri Geeks one doesn’t compare. I call them my little F it tablets because once I take them, within 15 minutes my brain and thoughts are so calm and my anxiety ia gone. Better focus and alertness. I recommend this to anyone that listens I think everyone needs this in their cupboard. Size of them isn’t fun but a small compromise for a power house of a tablet

I have been taking these capsules for three weeks (twice a day) now and I think that I feel less anxious and calmer. I have tried every herbal product under the sun for my phobias and anxiety and it is difficult to know which works! I have decided to concentrate on this one supplement for the time being and see if it is effective when I get really anxious (this is not the same as stressed), I am due to take an international flight soon so that should give the supplement a real workout! I also hope to have the benefit of a strengthened immune system - another thing an international flight should test! If there is any sustained improvement at all I will post my honest opinion. The capsules are easy to take, but at the moment I cannot tell how effective they are. I have given four stars because there is nothing wrong with the supplement and I have had no negative side effects, If they make a difference I will up to five, if they do nothing I will comment accordingly.
