Can you cut them for cupcakes?

How r you using them? I use them for the happy birthday glitter cake toppers, I don’t like the white popsicle sticks they come with. If you’re using as picks for cupcake toppers they’d work great as well. May have to be trimmed but just depend with height of cupcake plus the icing. Hope this answers your question.

I really don't know. I use them for olives in my Bloody Mary, then throw out after use.
