I love the size. I love that I can take it upstairs, downstairs and on the deck to listen to my favorite music. Yes, I still listen to CD’s. I was delighted to find CD player. The fidelity of the sound coming out of the speakers is perfect for my needs. I am not a purist when it comes to the machine I use to listen. I do not need high dollar equipment to listen to music while I am sewing or reading or relaxing. It has AM/FM radio. While there are not a large number of stations where I live (rural) I can get a few AM STATIONS and 4-5 FM stations - if I want to catch the news or the weather reports. It runs AC and comes with a power cord with enough length one is not required to have it right next to an outlet. If the power is out or you want to take it outside on a sunny day-it uses a half dozen 9-volt batteries. For what it is- the pricing is excellent. I like it.

I bought this for my 84 yo father who wants to listen to his CDs easily (no disc changer, no remote you misplaced, no confusing controls, etc). Even with dementia, he is able to use this to listen to his music. It is lightweight enough to carry from room to room, sounds great, and a great deal for the price. What more could you want?

The CD player did not work after only a few days. Would not buy this brand again. Bought another, but a named brand. Very disappointed sent it back for a refund

I get audio books on CDs from local library and they are often scratched and "pitted." When played on this wondrous machine, they are flawless! It is incredible. I don't listen to the radio, so I cannot comment on that, but the CD part is very good. Best I've had.

I purchased this radio as a gift for a family member who resides in a foreign country. I made the purchase in August since my trip was supposed to be in September to visit my family. However due to the coronavirus I had to postpone my trip and was able to go in January 2022. When I gifted this item, my mother plugged it in and it does not work. None of the lights come on. I realize it is past the return window but I don’t think this is quite fair since I was on the able to see if it worked after the gift was given. And it’s not like this item was used, it was brand new- still in the box when I gifted it. I have tried to reach out to the seller but I’m not able to make contact with anyone.

The sound quality, ease of use, cd reading are all equal to the price I was willing to pay.

There is no screen for you to know what radio station you are on. If you move the box while it is playing it stops and takes a mintue or so to come back on. The price was fair, sound isnt quality but ok I guess for the price, except for the radio station control button it is ok.

For the first couple of months, the CD portion worked fine, then all of a sudden it quit loading and no longer works. The radio portion is fine, but my main reason for buying this radio was so I would have something to play my CD's on. I wouldn't buy it again!
