Sharp!
Excellent fillet knife as it is extremely sharp and thin. I’ve used it on salmon, and it does a great job. We’ll constructed and very sturdy. The sheath is well made to. An extra plus is the sharpener but haven’t had to use it yet.

Perfect for just about everything
My wife had a knife similar to this that she would use for almost everything. It was her favorite knife for just about every meal she made, fileting, dicing, thin cut cold cuts, etc. It took me hours to find this, and boy am I glad I did. Very durable, almost identical to the one she had, and it's her new favorite knife to use for ALL prep in the kitchen.

Great Knife and Easy to Sharpen.

Worked three times then blade snapped and went flying
I am outside the return window, but on the third time using this on a fishing trip as I was filleting our catch the blade not only snapped off but it flew straight at my friend who was watching my work. Didn’t cause any harm but sure could have! The blade design where it meets the handle is narrower than the blade so definitely a weak point. I believe the manufacture needs to change the design on this one.
