Q: my puffer stopped working any suggestions on how to remedy this problem

This happened to 2 of my puffers. You can try cleaning it with a pipe cleaner or blowing into it (makes a big mess). But eventually I gave up on it and use a nylon/pantyhose fastened to the bottle with a rubber band and it works wonderfully.

Q: where do you get the bottom container that holds the hair fibers

You have to buy a bottle of hair fibers. This goes on the top of any size. Search fusion hair fibers and choose your color. It comes with a top that spreads it all over. This is for your hairline.

Q: Something is rattling inside the bulb. Is this normal or is there something broken inside?

Hi. Mine did not rattle. If it still works and doesn’t seem clogged I myself wouldn’t worry about it.
