Good content, but the book itself reeks like an old tramps boot. It is the most vile smelling object I have ever smelt (and I’m married to a farmer!!!!)

Inspiring!

Just finished this book after having it for a year. Really liked chapter 2 and 3, and learned something from it. However, almost threw it away while reading chapter 1 as the authors of this chapter said that they received recommendation from many leaders and academics from a wide group of women and men, and diverse array of racial, religious and socioeconomic background but from the examples that the authors referred to in the chapter, it almost became very apparent that the content focus only from one nation perspective, not so diverse as claimed.

Arrived on time and in good shape. A nice collection of stories and studies on authentic leaders and how to be yourself while being a strong presence.
