WHAT A GREAT BRAND!
I love all in one capsules that combine everything rarther than having to buy individually. I wish there were larger capsules to have more of what we need but then again it is only a small handful of people that would be able to swallow those horsepill kind of things.Link manages to pack good quantities of selenium, vitamin C, reishi mushroom extract and a host of other antioxidants and immune support vitamins and minerals. In this era of more stuff trying to attack us, especially if you workout, these will come in handy. This also fairs well for those with upset stomaches or iritable bowel as there are many billions of CFU bacteria here. What a great mix of ingredients here!

Good mix of ingredients
A really beneficial set of vitamins and superfoods. Great for helping my immune system.I’ve had no adverse results from this and I’ve been taking it for a few weeks now. It’s hard to tell if it’s actually improved my immune system but I do feel confident after looking at the ingredients list that they are ones that will actively support my immune system and assist it in functioning well. These are easy to swallow and don’t have too much of a nasty taste. I’ve not had any issues with it so far

Very good...
These Immunity Support tablets are just choc-full of the good stuff.Vitamins C and D, zinc, selenium and copper. They are also packed full of friendly bacteria: 2 vegecaps will give you 4 billion live cultures, so if your tummy gets all tore up from zinc, these shouldn't give you the same issues. It's hard to judge whether these work especially well: I load up on vitamins C and D, anyway, and I take zinc in small doses every day. But having them all in one place is excellent. I also take an extra strength Optibac every day, so if I can get up the courage, I may give them a miss for a week or so and just stick to these. In the days of the 'rona, when we've all been forced indoors, which is the very last place we all need to be, we do need some extra Vitamin D. So if you decide this one isn't for you, do look into it. At £19.95 (at the time of writing) for one month's supply, these aren't cheap. But they're probably cheaper than buying all of the various ingredients separately. For the record, these specific tablets are easy to swallow, and don't leave any after-taste, so they're really pretty good. It all depends on your specific needs, and your specific budget.

Immune Support - 60 Vegecaps
It’s always hard reviewing food supplements as not everyone is the same, there are 60 caps sealed inside a jar with a metal screw cap, inside there will be a moisture bag so you can discard this, the caps are fairly standard size for me, I can take 2 caps with a mouthful of water, they float so they go down easily.I’m not sure if this was a coincidence but from the 2nd day I took these I almost felt like a cold was trying to take a hold of me, this passed within a few days so not sure if it was my body reacting to them somehow, I’m down to taking 1 for the time being. The tabs are powdered and have a lot of goodness in them (ingredients are listed in the product description) including friendly bacteria, they absorb quicker in powdered form, they are suitable for vegans and made in the UK, I have taken them on an empty stomach and they have been gentle, 1 portion = 2 capsules so roughly 1 month supply but I’m taking 1 per day for the time being, thank you.

expensive for the dosage
The thing with taking a bunch of supplements is that it sometimes feels like you're shovelling in a ton of themGetting everything in one supplement is so convenient. You take some at the beginning of the day and it not only peps you up but keeps your immune system in tiptop shapeI will say that it looks like you don't get as much of the main vitamins in these per capsule as opposed to some other brands. which considering the price has meant a reduction in the rating

Too much padding?
If I'm reading the ingredients correctly, this is LOWER than the RDA of vitamin D which is around 1000 IU or 10-20 micrograms. In addition to this, vitamin C is easily gained from your diet, which is a better way of ingesting it. Zinc however is more likely to help you fight a cold, so is worth investing in.Elderberry extra has been found to help people fight flu symptoms, but there haven't been sufficient studies done on it to be definitive. All in all I would say the Zinc is the best ingredient in this supplement and you can get less expensive Zinc supplements!

supplement supporting your immune system
This is very good quality supplement that is full of all sort of nutrients that are create to improve immune system and general health condition. It is 100% vegan and made in UK. Recommended dose is 2 capsules a day so one bottle will last for a month. It is easy to swallow but leaves unpleasant taste and smell, very earthy. I think it is because of mushroom extract. But it is worth to keep taking them because I already noticed that I feel less tired, more resistant for seasonal colds and my digestive system works better.

Food based supplement.
I like the fact that this supplement comes in a dark glass bottle, so less plastic in the world, and has some quite interesting, in a good way, ingredients that are food based so should be more bio available for our bodies. The food based nutrients include vitamin C, zinc, selenium, copper and vitamin D; along with reishi mushrooms, herbs, friendly bacteria & amino acids. So there is a lot to like here. Also no nasties, such as dodgy fillers or bulking agents.
