This may be my Holy Grail :))))
I am a woman in my early 30s and have suffered from left-sided cluster headaches & migraines since 2007, when I was in a bad car accident. Several CT scans have always returned negative for head trauma, lingering effects, etc. I'm perplexed. I have tried Imitrex (oral and injections), Sumatriptan, Zomig, Amitriptyline, Percocet, Calcium Blockers (Verapamil), 800mg Ibuprofen, Magnesium, Vitamin D3, CoQ10, Melatonin, and of course the regular Excredrin, Advil, Aleve....some of these have worked, but with dire side effects....drowsiness, weakness, lethargic, rebound headaches, anxiety, mood swings...I was completely miserable and somewhat becoming depressed. Recently I had some red wine at the beginning of January 2019 (gifts at Xmas). I have never had red wine before so I do believe this was the main trigger. Thus I started another cycle of cluster headaches after being in remission for several years. For the past 8 years I have been working out religiously (6 days a week and taking better care of my body) to avoid repeat cycles. I've never been unhealthy or overweight, maybe even considered underweight, but I just wanted to feel good from the inside out. But the cluster headaches started again (red wine!!!!) :((( I started with my amitriptyline & Sumatriptan. Worked for a few days, then nothing. I became so frustrated I stopped taking all prescription and OTC drugs. I rode out the cluster migraines (2 hours at least each day in bed) without any help, but an ice pack. I dunno HOW I managed. I screamed, cursed, paced, shook with chills and even thought death would be better than this misery and pain. Saw the doctor, more prescription medications. I don't like taking drugs and rather take the natural route. I'd take ANYTHING, labor, toothache, being run over by a car, over a cluster headache. After much, much research I finally found out about Sinol. I thought, here we go, another product, but why not.... I kid you not....the very first time I tried it, the day after I purchased, it worked within 10 minutes! I only have left-sided headaches and used this product initially in only the left nostril, the pain subsided, but didn't go completely away. After using it in both nostrils, per directions, the pain on the left side of my head went completely away. RELIEF, absolute RELIEF. Have I finally found the holy grail!!?! Please God, let it be so. Note, I tried to find this product in CVS, Walgreens and Walmart. But it seems it's only sold online. I will be restocking and I sincerely hope this never stops working for me or you. Good luck to you. Cluster headaches and migraines are the devil and I wouldn't wish them on Lucifer himself, much less my worst enemy.

I get at least 2 migraines per week - more like 3 when it's "that time of the month"
On average, I get at least 2 migraines per week - more like 3 when it's "that time of the month". And aside from taking a sleep aid and sleeping it off - NOTHING can help my headaches: not OTC meds, not prescription meds, not chiropractic work, NOTHING. But this stuff is the only thing that can put a dent in the pain - if it's a mild headache, this stuff can knock it out completely; if it's a full-strength migraine, it at least takes the edge off. Make no mistake - it burns like hell for about 10-15 seconds. Think of snorting jalapeno juice up your nose, because the active ingredient in this - capsaicin - is what makes peppers hot. But I can deal with 10-15 seconds of burning nasal tissue because I know the pain relieving effect on my headache will be worth it. Over time, it also gets easier to use - you seem to get used to the burning sensation a bit. Sometimes you've gotta use it every few hours if you've got a persistent headache - but considering that this is FAR cheaper and has far fewer side effects than the best prescription migraine meds, I think it's completely worth it. I have to deduct one star because it doesn't always COMPLETELY knock out my headache, but I still use it anyway as it can at least make a bad headache bearable. Highly recommend to anyone who has reached their wits end trying to cure their chronic headaches!

It works!!
I rarely do reviews on Amazon. I have been getting rebound headaches from trying to cope with chronic migraines with medication (OTC and prescription). The clinic I am working with wants me off ALL of these medications for possibly years. No tylenol, no excedrin, no ibuprofen. Nothing. I was pretty worried about how I would cope with that so looked on Amazon for other options to treat migraines/headaches. I was a little worried about this one and didn't think that it would work, but worth a shot. Seems like people love this or hate it. For me, I was shocked at how quickly it worked and how well it worked. There is a minor burning sensation for maybe 30 seconds. It definitely is tolerable and goes away pretty quickly. The directions say one to two squirts for each nostril. I would just go with one. Worked for me and probably less burning. I had immediate pain relief. After a bit, it started to come back some so I dosed again and it was gone for most of the day. I'm very glad that I found this product.

Be careful how you take it - don't inhale
Seemed to do ok, but I wasn't a big fan, and I'll explain why. My first try was a mistake; I accidentally inhaled while shooting it up my nostril, and wow - that instinctive move that I've probably used with other nasal sprays, was a wrong one. This stuff burned doing it that way (not how they recommend, by the way - my fault). So just spray it in your nostril and don't breathe it in like other common nasal sprays. I'm also on the fence about it's effectiveness and the sort of aftertaste I got. I'm keeping this on the shelf and will re-visit my review if I try it again later and realize a difference.

Worth trying if you have sinus/migraine issues for sure!
This actually helps with my migraine and/or sinus pain and it doesn't make me feel "off" or "weird" (thank goodness).

Didn't work for my migraines
Scented gels to distract from migraine headache pain has worked for me in the past, so I had hopes that this product would too. However, unfortunately it didn't bring any relief for me. Although it didn't burn as much as I expected from the reviews, the burn didn't subside quickly. Rather it lingered and made my migraine feel worse.
