I was hopeless thinking I wouldn’t be able to mount new speakers. These are a life-saver. Only drawback is that it’s easy to strip the screw hole so be careful when tightening.

Took five minutes to install. Did the job perfectly.

Used these adapters to install alpine 5.25” type s coaxial speakers in the rear doors of my 4runner.

I only can say that the product order was the item that I purchase and arrived on time but I haven't installed them yet so I can say anything else.

This was the only solution around for my sons 2001 4runner. These are very simple and get the job done. Screw holes lined up nicely. Only negative was the screws provided aren't long enough once they are inserted into bracket so they don't thread into the vehicle, luckily I had a stash that worked. Nice work guys, you solved a problem we didn't know how to fix.

This fit wonderfully on my 2000 4Runner Limited. However, the speakers I used have a 2" mounting depth, and the window barely rubs against the back of the speaker when rolled all the way down. I wish these would have had varying thickness so that the speakers would be aimed at the same angle as the built-in grille of the door. They also seem to be priced pretty high for what you get.

The fit on the truck was perfect, and even provided a bit of space for a larger magnet speaker to miss the window. The plastic you screw the speaker into is very, very soft and doesn't instill a ton of confidence.

Ordered this so I wouldn’t have to modify my rear doors and worked like a charm.
