Flavors lighter delicate green salads wonderfully.

I make my own dressing and this is perfect when you want a mild taste and not sharp.

I had a hard time finding this locally and the one store no longer carries it. I love using this for making my own homemade dressings. The flavor is a bit lighter and not as pungent as other vinegars. Highly recommend if you have not tried it yet.

I use it for everything, it has very mellow subtle taste, very sophisticated, regular vinegars can be very sour and easy to overdo, but this one is not like that. Even if you accidentally use too much, it’s not going to be too sour. Will purchase again

I love this for my italian, garlic, onion vinaigrette. Super delicious taste to it! I have yet to find a better one.

The first thing I made with this was a simple vinaigrette with Dijon, Maldon's salt, Pannata olive oil and this vinegar. It was superb. The delicate, very slightly sweet flavors of the vinegar balanced beautifully against the mustard and the rich peppery oil. One of the best vinaigrettes I have ever made. I am very happy to have added this umami bomb to my arsenal. Highly recommended.
