Low Quality But Decent Value If You Do Not Overpay
I buy these binders only when they are “on sale” as an Add-on item. They cost $3.24 each for my last purchase. This is a reasonable value for what you get --- a low-quality 3” binder with poor strength. I use these binders only for archiving paper records that I intend to access on a very occasional basis. If you intend to handle the binder frequently, then I would definitely recommend against purchasing this binder. It will not hold up with frequent handling.

BUYER BEWARE- read reviews
A total waste of money. Spend a bit more and buy something more durable. The D-rings are O-rings, and as far as I can tell, the metal ring strip is attached to the binder incorrectly. Not worth returning. Resides in the trash heap.

Decent but Poor Packaging
These binders are decent- I bought them as a teacher hoping to use them for my classroom. They came packaged pretty poorly and one of the inner sleeves was torn.... as much as that annoys me it seems ridiculous to ship it back just to get another one that also might be poorly packaged and also ruined. I guess take your chances and maybe they’ll come in okay condition. I think for next time I’m better off just going to the local store to buy binders.

Side by side comparison this one with a similar one, exact same size and type different make.
These are "Basic." I purchased them to save $. I can't believe how expensive binders are. Maybe it is the metal in the middle. Who knows? I compared this with my Avery heavy duty binder and just got these. I am going to share my first impression of a comparison side by side. There is a difference, right off the bat but it is subtle. You get what you pay for as they say. It is just a matter of what your purposes are for this and how it is cared for.The plastic on the outside compared with the other brand or type I have is thinner more matte. I just pulled these out of the box and have not used them yet.One of them was torn on the outside so far but I ordered five and they were thrown in the box without being secured, think they were damaged in shipping banging against one another. So whom ever you buy it from and how it is shipped may make a difference. The rings in the middle of the binder are shaped differently than the Avery heavy duty side by side but they look in tact from the two samples I have pulled out of the box so far. These feel a little lighter to me.I look for bargains or decent prices I do not want to pay the full retail price. However, I do not want to scrimp too much on quality. I love my brands. That said I think if you are going to have light use and not throw these around and they are shipped properly that they should be okay.I feel as though the price I got these were well worth it. I do not carry mine around alot and they are not in a backpack. I use them to organize bar review materials and law studies and they are kept on a bookshelf for reference. These are okay for that purpose. If a teenager would have them and roughs around or takes their backpack to throw it down or against something with these in it they are not as sturdy or shiny as the Avery. Suffice it to say I think they are a bit more delicate.I am happy with these because they help me keep things organized and they have a competitive price. These are economical and will do for my purposes.
