I am a teacher and constantly exposed to all kinds of pathogens at work. I started taking zinc lozenges a few years ago when I feel a cold coming on or I know I have been around someone who is sick, and they definitely help reduce the symptoms if taken early. Tried this product a couple of times and I think they are much better tasting (kind of tart, berry flavor) than most out there and just as effective, so they are my go to now. There is always a slight aftertaste with any zinc lozenge (at least for me), but this one is less noticeable and not that bad.

Taste is just okay if there really is zinc in vitamin c in there, I guess it's a good deal

A friend swore up and down by these, she said she's been taking for 10 years and has never gotten sick, so I tried them and WOW. The moment I start to feel the back of my throat itch or feel cruddy or I start to feel "off" I take one of these every 1-2 hours (at most 4-6 a day) until my throat feels normal again. And it NIPS THE SICKNESS IN THE BUD. This is absolutely life changing for me and I cannot recommend them more. I eat tons of meat already so I should have a ton of zinc in me already, but maybe I just don't absorb it well, so I need these to push my levels to normal. Much safer than pills which give me so much zinc in one dose that I get a headache. Also these contain zinc gluconate NOT zinc oxide which is aboslutely useless for your body. Can't recommend these enough!!
